As a Senior Full Stack Developer in the Core Team, you’ll primarily be working in a highly-skilled cross-functional core team, getting close to customers and diving deep into problem areas and working to build out early-stage products which will then launch as standalone startups.
You’ll be involved right from the ideation phase - getting involved in discovering new product ideas, evaluating feasibility and working with product, design and other engineers to construct early-stage designs.
Build phases for each MVP will typically be capped at 3 months, so this will be a highly varied role which will involve building rapidly in a variety of technology stacks and problem spaces. We don’t expect you to be an expert in all stacks - instead we’re looking for people with a broad understanding who are happy to pick up new technologies and run with them quickly.
